Here’s How You Can Lose Weight

Overweight people have always been the center of attention 24×7, because they are the source of a bazillion jokes. Whether its a family gathering or within a group of friends, overweight people become the laughing stock of the group just because they love eating delicious food. So worry not peeps we have some tips on how you can lose weight easily. So lets roll!

1) Starve to death then regret later.

So dieting is one of the most dangerous ways to lose wight, you will not only lose some fat but also some brain cells that make you a smart person. You try to starve first and then end up regretting it later because food is life and dieting will not only affect your health but also your emotional and spiritual state. So let’s get ready to diet!

2) Exercise even if it kills you and your self esteem.

So one day you decide that enough is enough and you want to start exercising to look slim so that everyone adores your new physique. Hence, you start exercising aggressively to get slim in a short period of time, admit it, you have tried that once haven’t you? You will exercise aggressively everyday even if it kills you and eventually your self esteem.

3) Eat only vegetables that’ll ruin your life.

Hate vegetables? Me too, but they are a necessity and one of the best ways to get slim. Let’s always have that salad that you hate so much everyday for lunch so that you’ll have an amazing body within weeks!

4) Google weight loss tips and become a health expert.

Google, the guru has been helping us ever since humanity needed convenient ways to live. You keep Googling tips and tricks to lose wight and eventually become a health guru yourself, doesn’t matter if you eventually lose wight or no. Isn’t that amazing?

5) Get some useless advice from people around you.

When you are over weight you keep getting advice from family and friends to become thin. Because they really love poking their nose in your business and judging you and your body. However some will genuinely advice you some good tips to stay healthy. But those people are hard to find nowadays aren’t they?

6) Join the gym.

Pay thousand of rupees to join the gym and regret it after the first week. Doesn’t that happen to many of us? You join the gym for a month to stay fit then after a month just laze around and then eventually join the gym again and make the gym management rich with all that money you spend. Isn’t that nice?

7) Pray to god that you’ll miraculously get thin.

When nothing works then God is  the way to go. Pray to God that one day you’ll get up from sleep and just miraculously get a Deepika Padukone body! Now won’t that be nice? (If it was possible)
